Key Responsibilities

Source and Attract Talent: Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates across multiple digital and professional platforms.

Develop Talent Pipelines: Build, maintain, and nurture a strong database of qualified professionals to meet current and future hiring needs.

Employer Branding & Engagement: Partner with the team to create engaging content and campaigns that strengthen our presence on social and professional channels.

Social Media & Digital Outreach: Actively participate in and manage talent engagement initiatives across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other networks.

Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, sourcing priorities, and talent market trends.

Market Research: Stay informed about talent market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging recruitment trends to enhance sourcing strategies.

Candidate Experience: Ensure every interaction reflects our brand values and delivers a positive experience for potential candidates.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition. Experience in an agency or RPO setting is a plus.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse audiences.

Digital Savvy: Strong command of social recruiting tools and digital sourcing techniques to identify and attract talent effectively.

Results-Driven: Commercially aware, performance-focused, and motivated to meet targets and deadlines.

Organized and Agile: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
