We are searching for an experienced Team Lead Full Stack Developer to lead our development efforts. Your expertise will drive the creation of cutting-edge web applications while mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical strategy. You'll be part of a cross-functional team that's responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.
As a Full-stack developer, you should be comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility. You should have leadership experience as well.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Experience accurately estimating work, revising estimates and providing options to technical challengesManage the execution of project and task assignments with developers and the PM teamServe as the technical lead on Development and production, among other tasksCraft and maintain Statement of Work, project plans, schedules, and task breakdowns/modules to achieve defined scopes of workLeverage internal tools, standards, and processes in all client workCollaborate with PM’s to translate requirements into comprehensive project approaches / plans that align with established timelines and budgets and can be executed successfully by the developerDrive satisfaction through repeated project delivery successes and strategic engagementCollaborate with web team members (typically Senior Engineers) in the delivery of the project work and in alignment with established project metricsConduct regular one-on-ones with web developers, with an emphasis on continuously improving project approaches and outcomesHelp peers and junior team members debug code or resolve technical problemsImplement tools and best practices and act as subject-matter expertEnhance, re-architect or write new algorithms for better performanceUnderstand and lead enterprise application design and development in MERN Deployment of production codebases in cloud like AWS, Azure, Google, etcMonitors and verifies that the company coding standards and development practices are being followed
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar fieldMinimum 5 years experience working as a Full Stack DeveloperMinimum 2 years experience working as a Team LeadMust have worked on Typescript, Angular/React, NestJS, NodeJS, and ExpressJSHands-on experience in the development of RESTAPIsShould have good debugging and analyzing skillsWorking experience with Postgresql Knowledge of AWS components like - S3, EC2, SQS, SNS, Lambda function etcMust have enterprise-level experience in performing Architecture & hands-on Development with MERNExperience in NOSQL database like MongoDB, DynamoDBExperience in Elastic Search, Redis and MemcachedArchitecting and deploying applications for AWSContainer based microservice architectures (Docker, Kubernetes)Provisioning DevOps tools and continuous integrationBuilding server applications using several different open-source stacksArchitect, design, build and operate scalable software systems and servicesExperience with major architecture patternsExperience in use of Atlassian JIRA/Redmine, Confluence, Git & current toolsFamiliarity with automated testing frameworks
