Technician – Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

Job Purpose

The job incumbent will be responsible for the diagnosis and the repair of customers’ equipment (Air Con and Refrigerators) and perform tasks to ensure that equipment operate as per established standards and customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Diagnose faulty equipment and ensure repair and perform general testing
• Ensure to cascade to Chief Technician or Team Leader in complex interventions or any issue affecting progress of repair
• Ensure with overall technical team for constant system status update, necessary technical remarks, resources & items cost
• Liaise with customer service department on technical matters for prompt feedback to customers
• Carry out outdoor interventions

Profile

• 
  NC4 in Air Conditioning and refrigeration
• 
  Minimum of 3 years proven experience in servicing and repairs of respective products
• 
  Be a good team player with the ability to work on own initiative and meet tight deadlines
• 
  Holder of a valid driving license
