Test Engineer

• Manage test area and resources to achieve GPV KPI’s and customer requirements.

• Do service, maintenance, and calibration Test equipment to get a high performance of machines.

• Investigate for new tools and necessary equipment for production.

• Develop and improve testing.

• Develop best practices for testing area focused on cost reduction and efficiency.

• Promote use of lean manufacturing techniques for improvement of test area.

• Provide required training to staff according GPV strategy and customer requirements.

• Drive statistical analysis for performance improvement

• Support NPI activity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic engineering or any other career that allow position performing

• Strong leadership and team player, good attitude, logic thinking.

• Good command for English.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience from Electronics production (EMS).

• Strong knowledge on test systems for EMS PCBA and Box assembly operations such as ICT, FP, FT, HALT, Burn in.

• Self-motivated and willing to motivate others to meet GPV strategy requirements.
