About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

1. Responsible for the introduction, evaluation, and management of local transportation carriers, and establishing an evaluation system.

2. Responsible for contract execution management and service term fulfillment supervision, promoting the improvement of carrier service capabilities and stability.

3. Establish and manage a transportation SLA system (a management framework of "service standards + indicators + rules + monitoring + assessment mechanism").

4. Third-party transportation anomaly and risk management; develop contingency plans and mechanisms for operational risks such as weather, strikes, holidays, and road restrictions to ensure the stability and recoverability of critical routes.
