We are looking for a Travel Consultant to join our growing team and deliver end-to-end travel booking and support services for clients and travelers. In this role, you’ll manage various travel arrangements, handle booking requests, resolve travel-related issues, and provide exceptional customer service. You’ll play an important role in ensuring a seamless travel experience while building your expertise in travel management.

Key Requirements

  • Handle end-to-end travel bookings for flights, hotels, and ground transportation using GDS.
  • Process booking modifications, cancellations, reissues, and refunds in accordance with fare rules and client requirements.
  • Respond to travel requests and inquiries while meeting agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Communicate professionally with clients and travelers via email and chat in English.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and update travel management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with client travel policies, approval workflows, and preferred supplier guidelines.
  • Escalate complex ticketing issues or urgent travel disruptions when necessary.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

    • Is this you?

  • 1-2 years of experience in travel consulting or a GDS-based travel booking role.
  • Hands-on experience using and operating any GDS.
  • Strong English communication skills (minimum C1 proficiency).
  • Solid knowledge of air ticketing, hotel reservations, and ground transportation bookings.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends, overnight, and public holidays.
