Lumino Mt Eden is seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly and busy team.

As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will work closely with our dentists and practice team to support patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Discussing treatment plans and options with patients in a clear and professional manner.
• Following up on proposed treatment plans and supporting patients to move forward with their treatment.
• Building strong relationships with patients and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
• Coordinating treatment consultations and appointments.
• Discussing treatment costs, payment options, and finance solutions where applicable.
• Working collaboratively with dentists and the wider practice team.
• Conducting follow-up communications to keep patients engaged throughout their treatment journey.
• Supporting treatment acceptance and contributing to practice growth.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring a seamless treatment coordination process.

• Monday 8:00am-5:00pm
• Tuesday 8:00am-5:00pm
• Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous dental industry experience.
• Has experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Dental Receptionist, Dental Assistant, or in a similar dental role.
• Demonstrates confidence, professionalism, and maturity when interacting with patients and colleagues.
• Is highly customer-focused and passionate about creating outstanding patient experiences.
• Has strong sales and relationship-building skills and is comfortable discussing treatment options, costs, and payment plans.
• Is goal-oriented, proactive, and able to follow through to achieve results.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is highly organised and able to successfully manage multiple priorities.
• Works well within a team and builds positive working relationships with clinicians and staff.
• Is reliable, motivated, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Holds valid New Zealand work rights.
• Lives within a reasonable commuting distance of Mt Eden.
