Our client, a leading global food ingredients manufacturer , is seeking an experienced ** Country Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across Turkey. This is a ** hybrid role based in Istanbul and requires a strong track record in ** B2B food ingredient sales **.

Tasks

What You Will Do

• Lead and grow the Turkey sales portfolio across food & beverage manufacturers
• Manage key accounts including multinationals and major regional players
• Drive sales of flavours, colours, extracts, powders, natural ingredients,
• Develop and execute the **country sales strategy **, including forecasting and budgeting
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments
• Lead negotiations, pricing, and long‑term agreements
• Collaborate with regional R&D, technical, and marketing teams
• Represent the company at customer visits, events, and industry fairs
• Travel extensively across Turkey

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of successful B2B sales experience in ** food ingredients**
• Strong network within the Turkish food & beverage industry
• Proven success selling to multinationals (dairy, beverage, bakery, confectionery, savoury, snacks)
• Experience with flavours, colours, extracts, natural ingredients, powders
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills
• Fluent in Turkish and English
• Based in Istanbul (hybrid work model)
• Degree in **Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology **, or similar

MBA is a plus
