University Intern - Business Software Development

TDM Group is looking for interns to join our Business Software Development Team.

Our objective is to identify high-potential candidates who can successfully complete their internship with us and, where suitable opportunities exist and subject to business needs and individual performance, may be considered for a full-time position upon the successful completion of their internship and graduation.

The ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Currently in their final semester of study or have recently graduated.
• Studying in a relevant field such as:
  • Software Engineering
  • Artificial Intelligence
• Strong interest in modern software development and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and work in a professional delivery environment.
• Basic knowledge of one or more of the following areas:
  • Software Development
  • Cloud Technologies (preferably Microsoft Azure)
  • APIs and Integrations
  • Automation Solutions
  • Artificial Intelligence and AI Agents
  • DevOps and Source Control (Git)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

The Business Software Development Team focuses on cloud technologies, automation, integrations, AI-powered solutions, business applications, and digital transformation initiatives.

As part of the application process, candidates should provide the official university internship/training letter confirming that the internship is recognized as part of their academic requirements.

TDM Group Amman Office hours are from Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM-7:00 PM.
