About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and data-driven marketer to lead our user acquisition and partnership growth efforts. This role blends paid acquisition, affiliate and partner onboarding, CRM/email marketing, and community engagement. You’ll work closely with our product, marketing, and operations teams to bring new users into the platform and keep them active.

We are open to both junior candidates with strong personal initiative and professionals with up to ~2 years of experience in user acquisition or digital marketing. Compensation will be set based on experience.



What You’ll Do

User Acquisition

    • Run and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Bing, Reddit, and other social or directory channels.
    • Track performance metrics and optimize for ROI and user growth.
    • Support and collaborate on DSP-driven acquisition initiatives.


Partnerships & Affiliates

    • Onboard and manage 2–3 new partners monthly (CPA networks, review sites, communities).
    • Manage ShareASale recruitment and referral reward processing.
    • Reach out to new partners and maintain ongoing relationships.
    • Prepare partnership content (intro decks, mentions, promos, and updates).


Email Marketing & CRM (Brevo)

    • Plan and send monthly advertiser and publisher newsletters.
    • Maintain automation flows and user lifecycle triggers.
    • Suggest segmentation ideas and assist with content planning.

Community & PR Engagement

    • Post and participate in industry forums (AffLift, AffiliateFix, Reddit, etc.).
    • Support PR and brand visibility efforts through ongoing community presence.
    • Help maintain thematic content and discussions around EZmob.


Content & Design Coordination

    • Request and guide design assets when needed (banners, visuals, email creatives).
    • Assist with blog planning based on weekly or campaign themes.


Reporting

    • Track performance of campaigns, partners, CRM efforts, and community activity.
    • Provide monthly summaries and improvement suggestions.


What We’re Looking For

Required

    • Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data.
    • Familiarity with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads (hands-on or trained).
    • Good written and spoken English; able to communicate clearly and professionally.
    • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple initiatives at once.


Nice to Have

    • Experience with SEO or content marketing.
    • Experience using Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.
    • Understanding of A/B testing and conversion optimization.
    • Familiarity with affiliate marketing ecosystems, forums, or performance marketing culture.




Work Environment

    • Full-time, in-office, Sunday–Thursday, 9:00–18:00. No Hybrid.
    • Friendly, fast-moving team; clear responsibilities and measurable impact.
