Role Overview

We’re looking for a Vice President of Strategy & Advisory to join the Strategy, Business Development & Advisory department. This role will be responsible for overseeing key projects, managing teams, and ensuring seamless collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, financial forecasting, and project finance, and will play a crucial role in supporting the Group CEO's office.


Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management:

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.

-Represent the company at industry events and meetings, promoting our vision and values.

Project Management:

-Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.

Team Management:

-Oversee and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

-Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities for team members.

Support to CEO's Office:

-Assist the CEO with strategic planning and execution of key initiatives.

-Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the CEO and executive team.

Project Finance:

-Manage the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, funding, and financial risk assessment.

-Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Professional Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Real Estate Advisory, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and regulations; knowledge of the Greek real estate market will be considered a strong asset.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and project finance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Strong command of the Greek and English languages, both written and oral.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
