We are seeking a high-caliber VP of Acquisition Marketing to lead and execute Exinity’s global marketing acquisition strategy. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will lead a high-performing international marketing team tasked with scaling new trader acquisition across multi-channel strategy, that is uniquely locally while leveraging a global approach.
This role demands a balance of commercial rigor, performance marketing mastery, outstanding collaborative team player and innovative leadership. You will be responsible for deploying multi-million-dollar budgets to drive measurable ROI, building a world-class testing architecture, and pioneering new, scalable growth paths in a hyper-competitive global trading market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Global Acquisition Strategy & Performance
- Lead the global client acquisition strategy, taking full accountability for top-line user growth, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and long-term customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Scale mass market trader acquisition across diverse regions with hyper focus on cutting through locally with strict regulatory frameworks.
2. Channel Diversification & Expansion
- Reduce reliance on traditional paid search and social by aggressive diversification into programmatic, brand consideration channels, influencer marketing, native advertising, app marketing, and significantly increasing localised media buying.
- Establish strategic local brand partnerships opportunities and offline-to-online initiatives that unlock untapped pools of retail traders.
3. Data-Driven Rigor & Robust Testing Culture
- Champion a continuous, structured testing framework spanning full funnel marketing, ad creative, landing page conversion rate optimisation (CRO), messaging, and bidding strategies.
- Partner closely with Analytics and Data Science to maximise performance through multi-touch attribution (MTA), media mix modeling (MMM), and automated predictive LTV scoring.
4. Innovation & MarTech Advancement
- Stay ahead of Fintech and AdTech shifts, integrating AI-driven automation, dynamic creative optimisation (DCO), and emerging marketing channels to gain competitive advantages.
- Oversee the evolution of the acquisition technology stack, ensuring seamless integration between ad platforms, analytics toolsets, and customer onboarding funnels.
5. Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and expand a cross-functional global acquisition team comprising performance marketers and agency partners.
- Foster a high-performance collaborative culture grounded in accountability, rapid experimentation, and continuous professional development.
Qualifications
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Fintech / Online Trading Expertise: 8+ years in senior acquisition/growth roles within high-volume online trading (FX/CFDs, crypto, or retail brokerage), iGaming, or consumer fintech. \
Track Record of Scale:
- Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar global performance budgets with tight ROI and CPA benchmarks.
Analytical Mastery:
- Exceptional data fluency; deep understanding of attribution modeling, LTV:CAC ratios, cohort retention, and funnel economics.
Testing Mindset:
- Demonstrated experience architecting systematic, large-scale experimentation programs with clear learning cycles.
Global Perspective:
- Strong experience expanding into emerging markets, navigating regional compliance/regulatory environments, and managing distributed teams across time zones.
Leadership Impact:
- Strategic thinker with a track record of building and scaling elite performance marketing teams.
