WCube is recruiting a VP of Engineering into their rapidly growing business. This will be an extremely influential role in the shaping of an ambitious tech community and it’s essential that a key characteristic of the successful candidate is the ability to positively motivate and drive a team.

The successful candidate will work extremely closely with Co-Founders and will be responsible for driving strategy and best practice at all times.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

• Experience in an Engineering role with exposure to various JS frameworks
• The ability to manage, lead and grow multiple tech teams
• Experience with cloud technologies
• Handled Scale in Tech
• Logistics experience will be helpful

Qualifications

We’ll need you to:

· Engineering or similar degree.

IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS, will be preferred

Technologies we work on: Java, Spring boot, Redshift, Angular, AWS, IOT, BLE

· Strong organizational leadership skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Hands on in Java Technology/Backend/Devops is a plus. One of the three is a must Leading the team through management and mentorship.
