• Be responsible for effectively resolve, manage, control, monitor and upgrade day to day warehousing functions and activities
• Ensure that staff are updated on new procedures, products and events
• Monitors the attendance of staff and ensure that the department is adequately manned at all times
• prepares work schedule as well as leave availments and distributes work assignments effectively
• motivates employees by providing guidance and counseling through discussion of expectations and performance standards

Qualifications

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business field; at least 25-35 years of age, male or female
• must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in all aspects of warehouse
• Must have full knowledge in warehouse management and inventory controls
