About this role

Your mission

  • Coordinate and execute daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe and timely material handling and storage.
  • Track inventory levels in the warehouse, identify discrepancies and support cycle counts and stock checks.
  • Receive, inspect, document and store incoming goods in line with internal quality standards.
  • Assign and coordinate daily tasks for warehouse staff and actively support workflows on the shopfloor.
  • Apply and follow warehouse processes and layouts to ensure efficiency, safety and material availability.
  • Work closely with production, logistics and purchasing to ensure material readiness and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Follow and promote compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and quality regulations in daily operations.
  • Support, guide and onboard warehouse employees in their day-to-day tasks on the shopfloor.
  • Collect and provide operational data to support reporting, KPIs and documentation.


Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in logistics, warehouse operations or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of hands-on experience in warehouse or logistics operations, ideally in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Practical experience in coordinating daily tasks and guiding warehouse staff on the shopfloor.
  • Good understanding of inventory management, material flow and day-to-day warehouse processes.
  • Experience working with ERP or warehouse management systems in an operational environment.
  • Strong hands-on mentality with a structured and reliable way of working.
  • Must have a forklift license and driving experience.
  • Ability to identify and resolve operational issues directly on the shopfloor.
  • High awareness of safety, quality and process reliability in daily operations.
  • Very good English and German skills, both spoken and written; Chinese language skills are a plus.
