Duties and responsibilities:

-Assist general administrative affairs
-Inspect GMUK facilities daily to check and assess any environment, health and safety risk
-Take prompt actions for any facilities related requests from faculty, staff and students
-Count, categorize and register facilities assets

Desired qualifications:

1) Proficient with Excel
2) Effective oral and written management communication skills

Work Hours per student: 15 hours/week during winter and semester sessions. Seeking 2 student(s).

Period: Jan 5 - Jun 30, 2027
Application deadline: Oct 20th, or position(s) may be filled prior to the deadline if a suitable candidate is found.

Location(s): G567 and All GMUK Facilities

Students must meet the following requirements:
* Must have completed at least one semester at Mason Korea and have an official GPA record.
* Must be enrolled in at least 6 credits for the upcoming semester to be eligible. *Not registering for classes in the upcoming semester may lead to termination of the work-study contract.
* Be in good academic standing (Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher) **Include your Cumulative GPA on your resume.
Newly selected students will be required to attend an orientation session either during the break or semester. Those who are required to attend will be notified individually.

A note on break housing:
* Potential work & Study students can reach out to UL's Sr. Coordinator of Student Housing or IGC housing office directly, if they would like to receive more information about break housing.
* UL does not guarantee housing during the summer & winter breaks for the work & study program students who apply for the housing.
* However, since the break housing is usually offered on a first-come, first served bases, please note that the housing office cannot guarantee availability if all rooms are already occupied.
* Work & Student students will follow the same procedure as other students (application period, payment deadline, etc.) if they are planning to apply for break housing at IGC.
