ACCESSORIES DEVELOPMENT INTERN - 8 weeks internship

ANINE BING is looking for an Accessories Development Intern to join our Product Development team based in Paris.

This role offers hands-on exposure to the operational side of accessories development at ANINE BING, supporting the team on supplier coordination, sample tracking, and order follow-up during the production cycle.

This is an 8-week internship (unpaid, per applicable regulations) based at our Paris HQ, in-person. The role reports to the Group Manager, Accessories.

Responsibilities Include:

• Follow up with suppliers and manufacturers on production milestones and outstanding items.
• Track sample shipments and material validations.
• Maintain and update WIP (Work in Progress) tracking sheets.
• Provide comments on reorder TOPs (Top of Production samples).
• Provide comments on PPS (Pre-Production Samples) and soft accessories TOPs.
• Send updated technical packs (TP) and BOMs at order placement.
• Validate UPCs / barcodes.
• Create inbound shipments in the ERP system.
• Support with PO updates (pricing, ETD, ETA, and related fields).
• Manage incoming and outgoing package logistics.
• Support general sorting, organizing, and labeling of cartons with piece inventory.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong sense of organization and ability to prioritize across multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Excel.
