ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Accounting and Retail Data Analyst Manager, the successful candidate will support the efficient and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and on time
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and supporting documentation
• Respond to supplier inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Prepare payment runs and account reconciliations
• Support month-end closing and audit requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• 1–3 years' experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High degree of accuracy, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential financial information
