Our upcoming Sports & Shooting Club Center is more than just a venue. It's a place where skill, discipline, teamwork, and exceptional guest experiences come together. We're looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, take pride in doing things the right way, and are ready to help create a safe and welcoming environment for every guest who steps onto the range.

Your Impact

As an Assistant Shooting Instructor, you'll support the delivery of safe, professional, and engaging shooting experiences while helping ensure smooth day-to-day range operations.

You'll be involved in:

Assisting Shooting Instructors during training sessions, shooting experiences, competitions, and special events

Preparing firearms, targets, shooting lanes, and range equipment

Welcoming and supporting guests throughout their shooting experience

Assisting with safety briefings and range introductions

Helping maintain shooting ranges, equipment, and operational areas

Supporting VIP visits, corporate events, school groups, and promotional activities

Monitoring equipment and reporting any maintenance requirements

Upholding Club standards, range safety procedures, and operational excellence

Delivering genuine hospitality while ensuring every guest feels comfortable, confident, and cared for

What You'll Bring

✔ High School education or equivalent

✔ 1-3 years of experience in sports, recreation, customer service, or a related field

✔ Basic knowledge of firearms, shooting sports, and range safety procedures

✔ Strong communication and guest engagement skills

✔ A proactive, team-oriented mindset

✔ Basic Microsoft Office skills

✔ First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage
