Ready to step into a leadership role?

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the team at Merchant 1948 Centreplace store. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, coach the team, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about retail, thrives on responsibility, and wants to grow their career in a values-driven, supportive environment.

Here’s what’s on offer:

• Role: Assistant Store Manager
• Rostered Hours: Sunday to Thursday
  • Monday: 8:30am - 5pm
  • Tuesday: 10am - 6pm
  • Wednesday: 8:30am - 5pm
  • Thursday: 10am - 5pm
  • Sunday: 9:30am - 4pm
• Minimum Hours: 36 hours per week
• Hourly Rate: $27.00 + bonus potential!

What your day will look like:

• Running smooth, successful shifts and supporting day-to-day operations
• Coaching the team on product knowledge, service, and sales
• Driving store performance and motivating the team to hit targets
• Prioritising exceptional customer experiences
• Contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture
• Supporting with store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock
