Associate & Sr. Associate for Tech Support / Sales

Despite being located in Kolkata we are having subsidiaries in Thailand, US and UK also.

Candidate will be responsible for selling support for the popup, Mac, Windows Printer, Virus and Router related Issues.

Qualifications

Candidate should have relevant experince in Technical Sales & Technical Support

Must have strong command on English

Candidate must know to close calls

Ready to work in Rotational Shift

Must know to convert inbound calls into sales providing basic technical support
