Responsible for providing remote diagonostic technical Support to computer software related issues.

Qualifications

Under Graduate with 1 yr of Exp. in Tech Sales.

Excellent telephonic soft skills

Should be willing to work in shifts ( 24X7 work environment)

Ability to deal proffessionally wit irated customers/ clients

Ability to handle streesful situation
