Call Center Agent

Are you our new International Call Center Agent?

As an International Call Center Agent at Intrum Customer Services Athens, a subsidiary of Intrum Group, you will play a crucial role in our Front Office department, a highly dynamic team offering high end customer service.

What will you do:

• Be at the forefront of the business, operating via telephone/chat/email to support customers
• Maintain system notes, ensuring records of calls are complete, accurate and professional
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of all information obtained
• Elaborate standard operating policies and procedures, ensuring that they are properly updated and followed

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to showcase empathy and confidence towards a diverse customer base
• Service oriented and problem solving mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team

It’s a plus if you bring:

Native oral & written skills in one or more of the following languages:

• German
• French
• Italian
• English
• Flemish
• Swedish
• Norwegian
• Danish
• Spanish
• Portuguese
• Turkish
