We’re looking for a Chat Support Specialist with Romanian and English to join our team in Varna. If you enjoy helping people, communicating online, and working in a dynamic environment, this could be your next opportunity.

What you’ll do

• Support customers mainly via chat and email
• Provide clear, professional, and timely solutions
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system
• Follow established procedures and quality standards
• Escalate more complex cases to the relevant teams
• Work with multiple systems and platforms simultaneously

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

• Romanian – C2 / native level
• English – B2
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer literacy and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and follow processes accurately
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage
• Willingness to work on shifts

Additional Information

• €1,483 gross monthly base salary
• Up to €113 gross monthly performance bonus
• Up to €51 gross weekly CSAT bonus

 Working schedule

• 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
• Project operating hours: 08:00–23:00, Monday–Sunday
• Please note that the project may move to a 24/7 schedule in the future
