What You’ll Do:

• B2C sales to our existing customer base (cold + warm leads)

• Hit and exceed sales targets

• Customer service via phone, e-mail, chat

• Share feedback and insights on areas for improvement

• Contribute input on sales pitches

• Cover for colleagues in the same department during vacations, across other task lines

What We Expect:

• Fluent in Lithuanian (C2), proficient in English (B2) - written and spoken

• 1+ year of B2C sales experience with a proven track record

• Strong multitasker, comfortable juggling priorities

Nice to have

• Consumer lending experience is a plus
