Design Engineer

M Force Technology is a specialized recruiting company placing candidates in engineering positions throughout the Southeast.

We are currently looking for a Design Engineer outside of the Memphis, TN area.

The position is a first shift position Monday through Friday.

This position requires a team player in a fast paced environment. They will be responsible for the conversion of 2D to 3D in a large manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

·Proficient in the use of SolidWorks software to create 3D models of assemblies, parts, drawings and bills of material.

·Works well in team environment. Ability to take recommendations from the production floor and implement into design changes as required.

·Schedule and facilitate design reviews at critical milestones in the design process.

·Experienced in DFA and DFM methodologies.

·Executes designs in a timely manner with emphasis on keeping work flowing to the production floor. (KISS principle)

·Functions well in a fast pace high stress environment.

·Managed team of engineers in past

·Great leadership skills

·Great communication skills
