We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to join our Personal Health team in North Ryde. You will lead ecommerce experience and execution across Amazon, omnichannel retailers, and our Philips brand e-store with accountability for digital shelf performance, shopper journey optimisation, peak-event readiness, performance insights and cross-functional collaboration.
You will bring portfolio and campaign priorities to life, making Philips Personal Health brands easy to find, understand and choose!
You will thrive in a supportive, fast-paced environment, collaborating across teams to deliver strong business results. A proactive, can-do attitude and enthusiasm for new challenges will set you up for success.
In this role, you will:
- Own digital shelf excellence across priority ecommerce platforms, including product detail pages, brand stores, enhanced content, onsite search, ratings and reviews, and retailer-specific content.
- Manage accurate and timely product updates across the Philips brand e-store, including product information, imagery, approved claims and supporting content aligned with portfolio, campaign and new product launch priorities.
- Establish and maintain effective e-store governance, partnering with Consumer Marketing Managers (CMMs), Quality & Regulatory and platform owners to align approved inputs, responsibilities, timelines and completion.
- Map and optimise the digital shopper journey from discovery to conversion across Amazon and omnichannel retailers.
- Develop annual and campaign-level ecommerce plans and lead activation readiness for peak events, seasonal moments, campaigns and new product launches.
- Monitor digital shelf, retailer, competitor and category performance to identify root causes and recommend measurable improvements to positioning, content, search and activation.
- Use test-and-learn approaches to improve discoverability, content effectiveness, shopper engagement and conversion, documenting and scaling successful learnings.
- Partner with Shopper Marketing and cross-functional teams—including ecommerce, marketing, sales, supply chain, finance, regulatory and content—to deliver connected omnichannel experiences and resolve dependencies.
- Brief and manage external agencies and platform partners within agreed scope, timelines and budgets.
- Strengthen ecommerce execution through clear processes, governance, calendars, templates and playbooks, while applying relevant platform developments, technologies and best practices.
You're the right fit if:
- Around 3–5 years’ relevant experience within a consumer brand, retailer, ecommerce marketplace, or digital shelf, content or retail media agency—ideally across FMCG, consumer health, personal care, beauty, consumer electronics or another high-SKU category—with the confidence to work autonomously and deliver results.
- Hands-on Amazon expertise, plus at least one other omnichannel retailer.
- Strong knowledge of what drives digital shelf performance, from product detail pages (PDPs) and onsite search to content, merchandising, ratings, reviews and conversion.
- Able to turn retailer data into clear priorities, commercial insights and practical recommendations.
- A proactive, collaborative and resilient communicator who can navigate ambiguity, balance priorities and continually find better ways to work.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, Ecommerce or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
