Who you are:

Technical Capabilities:

15+ years proven experience in music distribution, label relations, business development, or partnership management within the music industry.
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of negotiating and executing distribution, or investment agreements.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish trusted partnerships both internally and externally.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
Strategic thinker, capable of translating business insights into actionable growth strategies.
