This multi skilled, trained and flexible colleague reports to the Entertainment Manager. He or she is accountable for interacting with guests, enhancing their vacation through the various entertainment, activities and special functions offered.

Job Summary

• To maintain a publicized list of guest activities throughout the resort
• Organize and socialize with Guests on planned activities in accordance to standard operating procedures and protocols.
• Ensure that guests are safe while engaged in social events.
• Required to immediately report any source of guest feedback
• To carryout orientation with guests of the hotel
• Showcasing special talent and hosting events

The ideal candidate must:

• 
  Be knowledgeable of Jamaica’s history and heritage
• 
  Be knowledgeable of current events locally and globally
• 
  Have the ability to plan an event
• 
  Have minimum five (5) CXC subjects with Ranges 1 to 3 or GCE O’ Level A to C is required including English
• 
  Be computer literate
• Be able to participate in sports or physical activities
• 
  Have the ability to do public speaking
• 
  Be knowledgeable of etiquette and grooming standards
• 
  Have excellent customer service skills and the ability to relate well with persons at all levels
• 
  Have positive work ethics and attitude
