Junior Offer Manager (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Planning of the bid process within the team and in collaboration with Sales, Engineering and Product departments
• Organization of proposals, creation, editing and finalization of documents and, if necessary, leading the proposal team
• Coordination, tracking and control of general bid activities
• Preparation of cost estimates in cooperation with the proposal team
• Acquiring the necessary supporting documentation, certificates, notarizations, etc.

Ihr Profil

• Degree in computer science, engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or other relevant field; alternatively, a comparable education at an air traffic control authority
• At least two years of experience in a project team environment and/or project management with good communication skills
• Excellent writing skills and very good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Word, Excel)
• Good technical understanding with the ability to grasp and present complex technical topics
• Familiarity with the aerospace industry and with ATM and MHS systems, including the underlying technology, is considered a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English (fluent German and French is an advantage)
