Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a Field Network Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Installation & Deployment: Install and configure network equipment (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Access Points) in the field.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex network-related technical issues promptly at customer sites.
• Preventive Maintenance & Upgrades: Perform regular system health checks, software upgrades (firmware/OS updates), and infrastructure performance optimization.
• Technical Support & Communication: Provide specialized technical support and basic user training to end users.
• Network Documentation: Create, update, and maintain detailed technical documentation, including network diagrams and site survey reports.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (University, Technical Institute, or Vocational Institute).
• 2-3 years of proven professional experience in a similar network installation, technical support, or field support role.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi architectures).
• Hands-on experience configuring networking and security equipment.
• Cisco Certifications: Active certifications such as CCNA or CCNP will be considered an asset.
• Fortinet Certifications: Active certifications such as FCP (Fortinet Certified Professional), NSE 4, or newer equivalent certifications will be considered as a plus.
• Experience with Network Monitoring Tools and Ticketing Systems will be considered as an advantage.
• Fluent in Greek and very good to excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills, professionalism, teamwork mindset, and strong time and priority management abilities.
• Valid driver's license (Category B) and willingness to travel within and outside the Attica region.
