YOUR IMPACT _________

This role will give you the opportunity to be part of Make Up For Ever Tribe and work collaboratively with teams in an international & culturally diverse environment with various functional teams based in Singapore, Korea, Hong Kong and China. You will develop knowledge of the dynamic Travel Retail business in Asia Pacific.

 

YOUR MISSION _________

Business Analysis and Monthly Reporting

• Assist controlling team for month-end closing tasks eg. monthly reporting to HQ, Region or local management
• Analyze the main variances of actuals P&L vs. last year and budget
• Assist in the preparation of monthly meetings for Brand’s Management
• Support on business analysis (retail sales, net sales etc.)
• Support the business controller with ad hoc local reports

Budget Preparation

• Support with the preparation of budget templates
• Assist with the consolidation of inputs from markets and function stakeholders
• Assist with the system upload and preparation of submission packages to HQ

Others

• Review of controlling procedures and update if needed
• Streamline reporting processes and help to organize access to data
• Ad hoc analysis and project follow up

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE _________

• Able to commit for at least 6 months (Jan to Jun 2027) for a full-time internship.
• Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Self-Motivated, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing business needs.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
• Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
• Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends.
• Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.
