We are currently hiring in-house Client Retention Manager for a trusted global brand operating in regulated, high-volume markets. This role will manage the ** UK desk** from our Dubai office.

🌍 Target Geo: UK

• Strong English speakers required

• British accent is a strong advantage

Requirements

🎯 We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in Retention / Re-activation / Conversion / Sales / Client Recovery

• Forex / CFD / Trading experience – a strong advantage

• Ethical mindset with strong closing ability

• Performance-driven professionals ready to work on-site in Dubai

• Ability to manage high-value UK clients and drive strong deposit volumes

• Candidates currently based in Dubai preferred (or willing to relocate to dubai)

• European/British/American/South African Nationals only as its the business requirement.
