• Reporting Line: The 2 assigned Product Specialists will report to Ahmed Abdelhai during the assignment
  

• Duration: 6 months
  

• Scope: The selected Product Specialists will gain exposure across the following key areas:
  • Event Execution: Coordinate YTG events, track milestones, and support timely execution with stakeholders.
  • Hello Life Campaign Execution: Support social media and POS campaign execution, tracking, and post-campaign learnings.
  • 2027 Brand Planning & MBR Support: Conduct market and competitor analysis, gather field insights and support brand planning and MBR preparation.
    

• Development Focus: Build marketing, market analysis, and commercial capabilities through hands-on experience.

Who Can Apply?

Employees meeting the following minimum criteria are eligible to apply for these opportunities:

• 2+ years of service with Arcera
• “Meet Expectations” in their last two performance ratings
• No active disciplinary actions and/or Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
