What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate a front-end loader to safely and efficiently move aggregate materials.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain clean and organized stockpiles for optimal production flow.
• Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture.
• Support plant and yard operations as needed to meet production goals.

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment, particularly loaders.
• Strong situational awareness and commitment to safe work practices.
• Capability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Reliability, adaptability, and attention to detail in day-to-day operations.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
