About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for leading quality improvement initiatives across the JD Logistics network to enhance logistics operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through data analysis and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify operational pain points and quality issues within logistics processes, and develop detailed improvement plans.

• Participate in the implementation of quality improvement projects.

• Collect, analyze, and report quality data across all logistics functions, including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional business teams to drive the implementation of improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.

• Establish and continuously optimize the logistics quality management system, ensuring compliance with both internal standards and external regulations.

• Conduct regular quality assessments to identify potential risks and recommend preventive measures.

• Train and coach team members on quality improvement methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics quality management or process improvement, preferably with a large e-commerce or logistics company.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to independently drive projects from initiation to completion.

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.

• Solid understanding of logistics operations, with knowledge of the domestic logistics market and relevant regulations.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure, with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
