What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Agilists, creating a unified operating model with clear roles and performance expectations
- Set and govern consistent delivery standards, frameworks, and operating rhythms across all initiatives at portfolio level
- Align delivery execution with enterprise architecture standards and long-term platform strategy across concurrent multi-stream initiatives
- Strengthen agile practice effectiveness across teams, improving flow, maturity, and cross-functional collaboration
- Allocate delivery leadership capacity based on complexity, priority, and business value
- Maintain consolidated portfolio-level visibility of delivery health, risks, dependencies, and forecasts
- Proactively manage delivery risk, escalation pathways, and cross-functional dependencies
- Track alignment between business outcomes, delivery milestones, and realised benefits
- Champion continuous improvement in delivery capability, tooling, and governance practices
- Provide portfolio performance insight and capacity analysis to inform strategic prioritisation.
What You'll Bring
Education: Bachelor's Degree with Honours in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. A professional qualification (e.g. PMP, PgMP) is advantageous.
Experience: 8–10 years of progressive experience in technology or product delivery, including at least 3 years managing delivery professionals across project management, architecture, or agile disciplines in a multi-stream environment.

- Skilled in delivery resource allocation and capacity planning across concurrent initiatives
- A track record of driving continuous improvement in delivery governance, tooling, and practices within a complex, global, multi-team environment.
The Scope
This is a global role with 5–10 direct reports and 10–20 indirect reports, carrying moderate budgetary and financial responsibility. You'll report to the Head of Internal Enablement and work closely with the Head of Enterprise Applications, Head of Workplace Technology, Product and Engineering Leadership, Solution Architecture teams, QA Leadership, Finance, and HR — as well as Games Global's strategic leadership and external delivery and integration partners.
