As our Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will lead the delivery of engaging, high-quality marketing and communications that strengthen our brand, support enrolments, and bring our stories to life.
Working closely with school leadership and key stakeholders, you’ll drive campaigns, manage digital channels, and create compelling content that resonates with prospective families, students, alumni, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities include:
Marketing & Brand
- Support and deliver the school’s marketing and communications strategy
- Maintain a consistent, high-quality brand across all channels
- Identify opportunities to enhance the school’s profile and reputation
Digital & Campaigns
- Manage and update the school website and digital platforms
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social and email
- Monitor performance and optimise campaigns using data insights
Content & Storytelling
- Create engaging content showcasing student achievements and school life
- Develop newsletters, publications, and promotional materials
- Capture and share meaningful stories from across the school community
CRM & Communications
- Manage the CRM platform, ensuring accurate data and effective segmentation
- Deliver targeted email campaigns and lifecycle communications
- Maintain strong communication with key stakeholder groups
Projects & Community Engagement
- Support communications for key initiatives, including the Cherrington Restoration Project
- Contribute to campaigns that build community engagement and philanthropic support
- Promote school events and initiatives (some after-hours involvement required)
Qualifications
You will be a well-rounded marketing and communications professional who enjoys variety and purpose in your work.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing
- Strong writing, content creation, and storytelling skills
- Experience managing websites, social media, and campaigns
- Confidence using digital tools (CMS, analytics, CRM platforms)
- Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities
