Master Data Management Executive

GPV Lanka is expanding its Shared Service Center (SSC) capabilities and is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Data Quality, Reporting & Governance / Master Data Management Executive.

About the Role
As part of our growing Shared Service Center function, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of business-critical data across the organization. This role supports centralized data management activities that drive standardization and efficiency across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Product Data (item creation, lifecycle management, and product data setup)

• Handle Partner and Supplier Master Data creation, validation, and governance

• Support ERP parameter maintenance, including planning, purchasing, and inventory control settings

• Maintain Routing, BOM, and Manufacturing Master Data to ensure accuracy and process standardization

• Support Data Quality, Reporting, and Governance activities to improve consistency and reliability of business information

• Assist in developing standardized work practices and process documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, and Operations to ensure data accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in data management, master data, or reporting functions (freshers with strong analytical skills may also apply)

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel; ERP system exposure is an added advantage

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills to work with multiple stakeholders

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple data streams

Added Advantages

• Prior experience with ERP systems (e.g., INFOR Syteline, SAP)

• Exposure to data governance or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
