MERCHANDISERS

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create and maintain high-profile on and off-shelf displays to ensure our products are effectively showcased.
• Visit all assigned customers according to the established schedule to build and maintain relationships.
• Prepare all relevant documents accurately, ensuring all details are clear, legible, and submitted on time.
• Collaborate with customers to secure and maintain dominant shelf space for our products, maximizing visibility.
• Liaise with customers to ensure proper product rotation in inventory to prevent expired stock.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices, including regular cleaning and dusting of products and their surrounding areas.
• Provide daily market activity reports, including competitor activities, to keep the team informed.
• Support all Brand Activations and Consumer Promotions at assigned customer locations to ensure flawless execution and achieve set objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid CXC Qualifications or Sound Secondary Education
• At least two years of experience in a Merchandising or similar role
• Must be customer-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Must be bold and approachable
