MERCHANDISING SUPERVISOR

(Montrose & Berbice)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct Trade visits and in-store merchandising where necessary to fix all brand/merchandising related issues through training, guidance and development.
• Develop and maintain proper relationships with customers and their staff.
• Ensure compliance with Planograms as defined by the respective brands under the company’s management.
• Manage a team of merchandisers within the specified geographic zone.
• Ensure their compliance with the requirements of their jobs and that the merchandisers visit as per pre-defined visit schedule.
• Work closely with customers to acquire and maintain dominant shelf spaces for the company’s products.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Pursuing studies in a related field.
  
• 3-4 years’ experience in Trade Sales or Merchandising.
• Must have a Driver’s License and be able to use your vehicle for work.
