As an Office Manager, you will contribute to the well-being and efficiency of our teams by creating a positive and well-organized work environment that supports the daily activities of XTB France teams. Through a wide range of responsibilities, you will contribute to the smooth running of the office and an excellent employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Office management: Ensure the good condition of the premises proactively to guarantee a good work environment for all employees
  • Accounting / finance: Management of invoices and expense reports (verification, tracking, payment processing, management of unpaid or delayed payments...), management of bank accounts
  • Logistics and IT management: Ensure the proper commissioning of ITequipment (equipment orders, configuration of new computers...)
  • General administration and assistantship: Manage mail, manage documentation (archiving, filing...), process administrative files in relation to the parent company (ESG, reporting...), management and physical reception of appointments in the office
  • General services: Purchasing and supplier relations, selecting different service providers, analyzing needs, managing stock
  • Executive Assistant: Administrative support for the General Manager, scheduling appointments, managing mail, organizing meetings and travel
  • Happiness manager: Propose, organize, and participate in the animation of various events (snacks, events, seminars, evenings...)
  • Internal communication: Ensure communication of major events on the various XTB channels internally

    • Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a changing and fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, creative, and a source of proposals with the ability to bring energy and enthusiasm to the management and monitoring of projects
  • Languages: Native-level French and professional English
  • Ability to negotiate
  • Financial and accounting knowledge
  • IT knowledge
  • Natural curiosity (hardware configuration)
  • Ability to work in project mode
  • Natural confidentiality

  • Weekly work : 37h30 per week
  • Position based at: Tour Europlaza, 20 Avenue André Prothin - 92400 Paris la Défense
  • Remote work: 1 day per week
