To do so, the team focuses on three core objectives:
- Delivering high-impact onboarding for Retail Networks, with tiering-based levels of service adapted to each merchant's profile
- Boosting activation at every stage of the merchant partnership, through the most efficient operating model for each channel and merchant type
- Hitting and maintaining our activation KPIs in terms of SLA, quality, and generated TPV

馃榾 Purpose of the job
Reporting to the Merchant Activation Manager, the Onboarding Specialist is responsible for:
- Deploying Retail Networks through efficient project management and impactful retail training for small to mid-market accounts in France, Italy, and/or Spain
- Identifying training needs and developing tailored training plans in collaboration with brands
- Being the voice of in-store staff within Alma, gathering product feedback and verbatim from end users (a true goldmine of insights!)
- Continuously enhancing training programs, exploring new formats, and staying ahead of the curve
馃挕 Skills & Knowledge
- 2 to 3 years of experience in account onboarding, retail, or account management in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English, Italian, and/or Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong client-facing posture
- Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and operationally excellent
- Strong interpersonal skills: empathetic, curious, pedagogical, and user-oriented
- Humble, action-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally
