Since launching in Hong Kong in 2016, OnTheList has hosted over 5,200 flash sales and has built a community of over 1.3 million members across all regions. We’ve since expanded to Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Korea, Shanghai, Beijing, Thailand, and Dubai.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly resilient, hands-on and execution-driven Operations Assistant Manager to oversee the operational execution of all offline flash sales in Thailand.


This role is responsible for planning and executing every aspect of our events, from stock preparation and venue setup to team management and live event operations. You will coordinate closely with warehouses, suppliers and internal teams to ensure flawless execution under tight deadlines.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, decisive, adaptable and able to perform under pressure while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH...


Offline Flash Sale Operations

  • Own the end-to-end operational execution of all offline flash sales.
  • Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound stock movements between warehouses and event venues.
  • Optimize venue layout, including storage areas, merchandising and customer flow.
  • Prepare detailed event timelines and ensure all operational milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners and temporary staffing agencies.
  • Ensure all operational standards and brand requirements are respected.


Event Execution

  • Lead the complete setup and dismantling of each event.
  • Recruit, brief, schedule and supervise temporary staff.
  • Allocate responsibilities across key operational functions, including:
  • Check-in and customer flow
  • Cashiers
  • Cloakroom
  • Security
  • Stock management by category
  • Act as the main operational decision-maker throughout the event.
  • Resolve operational issues quickly while maintaining excellent customer experience.
  • Prepare post-event reports and identify process improvements.


Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Business Development, Marketing and Customer Care to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Ensure all operational documents are accurate, centralized and up to date.
  • Proactively identify operational risks and clarify unclear requirements before execution.
  • Participate actively in meetings by providing operational input and recommendations.


Team Leadership

  • Lead and support the Operations team on a daily basis.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability and operational excellence.
  • Remain calm and solution-oriented during high-pressure situations.
  • Drive continuous improvement of operational processes and event execution.



WHAT IT TAKES…


Required Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in retail operations, logistics, event management or a similar operational role.
  • Experience managing large-scale retail events or high-volume commercial operations is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience leading operational teams.
