Role Overview:
We are seeking an Outbound Operations Manager to own the execution, management, and performance of our outbound sales and marketing campaigns across our two sister companies. Reporting directly to the GTM Engineer, you will manage the daily outbound engine for both brands, navigating their respective target audiences and operational requirements.
Your core focus will be list building, data enrichment, signal identification, and campaign enrollment. You will manage the execution of multi-channel campaigns within our outreach tools, leverage AI tools to optimize daily workflows, track performance through dashboards, and support the GTM Engineer with ad-hoc technical tasks and data maintenance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Multi-Company Outbound Campaign Execution
● Campaign Creation and Activation: Set up, launch, and manage multi-channel outbound sequences tailored to the unique business models of our two sister companies (focusing on outsourcing and NetSuite consulting).
● Campaign Enrollment Management: Oversee the day-to-day enrollment of prospects into active campaigns, ensuring pacing and volume targets are met for both organizations.
● LinkedIn Campaign Management: Manage LinkedIn touchpoints (such as connection requests or profile views) integrated directly within our hard-coded outreach platform.
2. Lead Gen & Data Strategy
● Lead Generation: Source and build high-quality prospect lists aligned with target accounts and ICPs for both companies.
● Lead Enrichment: Use tools like Apollo.io to enrich prospect profiles with accurate contact details and segmentation attributes.
● Signal Identification: Monitor and identify key triggers, buying signals, and intent data to select the most relevant prospects for targeted outbound campaigns.
3. Reporting, Monitoring & Performance Tracking
● Campaign Monitoring: Actively monitor ongoing outbound campaigns to ensure they are running smoothly, addressing delivery drops or sequence issues promptly.
● Performance Tracking & Dashboards: Track and analyze key metrics (delivery rates, open rates, reply rates, and positive response rates) separately for both sister companies.
● Dashboard Creation: Build, update, and maintain structured performance dashboards using tools such as Notion AI, Google Sheets, or other reporting platforms to provide visibility to stakeholders.
4. Technical Support & Collaboration
● Ad-Hoc Technical Support: Assist the GTM Engineer with ad-hoc technical tasks, minor system troubleshooting, CRM data cleanups, or tool configuration adjustments as requested.
What You’ll Need:
● Professional Experience: 2–4 years of experience in B2B outbound operations, lead generation, or sales development.
● Industry Context:
○ Deep understanding of the outsourcing/BPO business model.
○ Familiarity or experience with NetSuite consulting services or enterprise ERP ecosystems is highly preferred.
● Multi-Brand Management: Experience managing marketing or outbound operations for more than one brand or business line simultaneously is a strong asset.
Technical Tooling & AI
● AI Literacy: Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI) to assist with task efficiency, data sorting, or drafting outreach variations.
● Databases & Enrichment: Proficiency with B2B databases and enrichment tools (Apollo.io or similar).
● Outreach Platforms: Experience with multi-channel outreach platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Instantly, or Smartlead) and managing integrated LinkedIn campaign steps.
● Documentation & Reporting: Experience building and organizing dashboards in Notion AI or Google Sheets.
● CRM: Expertise with HubSpot (non-negotiable).
Skills
● Attention to detail regarding data quality and email deliverability.
● Ability to follow established data governance processes across multiple workspaces.
● Analytical approach to interpreting campaign reports.
● Willingness to learn and assist with basic technical and data tasks delegated by the GTM Engineer.
