Performance Marketing Manager (German Speaker)

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for an Performance Marketing Manager for one of our partners, a multinational healthcare provider.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms
• Manage campaign budgets, spending pace, and performance reporting across all channels
• Develop and implement testing frameworks for creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages
• Set up and maintain accurate campaign tracking and attribution using GA4, pixels, and UTM parameters
• Analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders
• Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging advertising opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams on creative briefs, landing page optimization, and overall campaign strategy

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably within a SaaS or digital health environment
• Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads
• Solid understanding of campaign tracking, attribution models, and marketing analytics
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Native or near-native proficiency in German, with the ability to write effective marketing copy and a deep understanding of the local market
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong experimentation mindset with a continuous focus on testing and optimizing bidding strategies, automations, and workflows
• Bonus: Experience managing multi-location or local advertising campaigns, ideally across a distributed network of physical locations.
