As a Residential Housekeeper, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming and vibrant community! You’ll bring energy and attention to detail to keep our spaces spotless, safe, and inviting. Your work helps cultivate a comfortable environment where everyone feels right at home, and you are part of a team that strives to make every day brighter and more enjoyable for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect resident rooms, common areas, and assigned workspaces.
- Maintain floors by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and completing periodic deep-cleaning tasks.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, sinks, mirrors, fixtures, and other high-touch surfaces.
- Restock towels, tissue, soap, and other resident or housekeeping supplies as needed.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Empty trash and follow proper waste disposal, sanitation, and infection-control practices.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, including monitoring inventory and proper storage.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and safety standards, and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Provide courteous, respectful assistance to residents, team members, and guests while maintaining confidentiality.
