Partner Program & Integration Team

Why We Need You?

The Partner Program initiative which is part of ME integration, represents the next evolution of our merchant dashboard capabilities. This self-driven intern will assist our Technical Product Manager responsible for Partner Management, working on key initiatives that impact our merchant dashboard capabilities for both US platform integration and APAC partners. Our goal is to nurture and develop high-potential talent, with the potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.



What you will be doing?

  • US Platform Integration:
    • Assist in documenting integration requirements for US platforms
    • Work closely with product managers and engineers to define API requirements
    • Support testing and validation of integration workflows
    • Help create onboarding materials for US platform partners
  • APAC Partner Support Enhancement:
    • Support the product team in improving partner management processes for APAC markets
    • Collaborate with regional teams to document specifc market requirements
    • Assist in creating standardized partner support materials
    • Help identify and document compliance considerations for different markets
  • Partner Dashboard Development:
    • Gain exposure to merchant dashboard capabilities focused on partner management
    • Assist in improving feature specifications and requirements documentation
    • Support user acceptance testing for new partner management features
    • Work with cross-functional teams to gather feedback on partner experience

You

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with an interest in fintech and partnerships
  • Basic understanding of APIs and integration concepts is a plus
  • Excellent documentation abilities and attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, product-driven team


Internship Period: 3-6 months
