Service Transformation Program
Continue to change GIS behaviour towards a service orientated model by anchoring the services framework and service planning processes consistently across GIS. Migrate the new IT Services Catalog from SharePoint to Service Now to make the service model transparent and visible. Build and execute marketing and training plan for consumers of the IT Services Catalog and its supporting tools and processes.

Service Transformation – Tool Optimization Project
Build and deploy ServiceNow Service Catalog module to meet the requirements of the service orientation framework whilst ensuring the supporting needs of other related ServiceNow modules are met to maintain future interoperability.
