PROJECT MANAGER DATA MIGRATION & REPORTING TRANSFORMATION
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic reporting initiatives and oversee a critical data migration project within a KYC/AML environment. You will be responsible for driving reporting transformation, ensuring successful migration from legacy systems to target platforms, and coordinating technical and business stakeholders to guarantee data integrity, operational continuity, and timely project execution.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Lead the delivery and automation of a strategic reporting suite, supporting the transition from manual reporting processes to Power BI solutions.

• Manage the migration from legacy systems to target data platforms, ensuring data quality, consistency, and business continuity.

• Coordinate project governance activities, including planning, risk identification, mitigation actions, and delivery monitoring.

• Act as the main point of contact between technical teams, IT departments, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage project scope, change requests, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.

Your Key Skills

• Data-centric project management expertise.

• Strong experience managing complex data migration initiatives.

• Technical literacy with the ability to engage effectively with development and IT teams.

• Experience defining, monitoring, and reporting KPIs.

• Strong stakeholder management and governance capabilities.

Your Main Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in data migration and reporting transformation projects.

• Experience working in KYC, AML, compliance, risk, or regulated environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder orchestration skills.

• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

• Fluency in English (mandatory).
